Your Trusted Source for Zinc Products
Manufacturing High-Purity Zinc Ingots, Ash, and Dross at Our State-of-the-Art UAE Facility.
Our Products
Secondary Zinc Ingots
High-purity zinc metal, typically in a cast block or bar form, produced from recycled zinc-containing materials. Our ingots meet industry standards for various grades.
* Industrial Usage: Primarily used in galvanizing (hot-dip and electro-galvanizing) for corrosion protection of steel, brass manufacturing, die-casting alloys, and the production of other zinc chemicals.
Zinc Fines
Fine particulate zinc material, often a byproduct of zinc processing or a specific grade of recycled zinc. Its particle size allows for efficient integration into various processes.
* Industrial Usage: Used in certain chemical formulations, as a reductant in chemical processes, in some metallurgical applications, and in the production of zinc dust or zinc compounds.
Crude Zinc Ash
A mixture of zinc oxides, unreacted zinc metal, and impurities, formed as a dross during the hot-dip galvanizing process. It is a valuable secondary raw material for zinc recovery.
* Industrial Usage: Primarily used as a feedstock for zinc recovery operations, allowing for the extraction of zinc metal or the production of zinc oxide, which is used in rubber, ceramics, and paint industries.
Zinc Top/Bottom Dross
Zinc Top Dross: Lighter, more porous zinc-rich material that floats on the surface of molten zinc baths during galvanizing. It contains a higher percentage of zinc metal.
* Zinc Bottom Dross: Denser, iron-zinc alloy that settles at the bottom of galvanizing baths. It contains a lower percentage of recoverable zinc metal but is still a valuable zinc source.
* Industrial Usage: Both top and bottom dross are crucial secondary raw materials for zinc recyclers to recover metallic zinc or produce zinc oxide, contributing to a circular economy.
Zinc Dust / Zinc EAF / APC Dust
Zinc Dust: Fine, grey powder composed of metallic zinc, often produced by atomization or condensation of zinc vapor.
* Zinc EAF / APC Dust: Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) dust and Air Pollution Control (APC) dust are byproducts from steelmaking (EAF) and other industrial processes (APC) that often contain significant amounts of zinc and lead. These are classified as hazardous waste but are valuable for zinc recovery.
* Industrial Usage:
* Zinc Dust: Used in protective coatings (zinc-rich primers), chemical synthesis, as a reducing agent, and in batteries.
* Zinc EAF / APC Dust: Primarily processed by specialized facilities for the recovery of zinc (and sometimes lead), converting hazardous waste into valuable secondary raw materials for zinc production.
Other Zinc Waste Products Trade (Diecast, Handles, Anodes, Slugs)
We engage in the trade and processing of a variety of other zinc-containing scrap materials. This includes:
* Diecast Scrap: Used zinc alloy components from casting operations.
* Handles: Zinc-based handles from various applications.
* Anodes: Spent zinc anodes from electroplating or cathodic protection.
* Slugs: Small, punch-out pieces of zinc from manufacturing processes.
* Industrial Usage: These diverse zinc waste products are vital for specialized recyclers to recover pure zinc or zinc alloys, feeding back into the production cycle for new zinc-based products, demonstrating our commitment to comprehensive resource recovery.
